At The Red Gecko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
